We, at Omaha Economic Development Corporation, are excited to share news about our new housing initiative along North 25th Street, Patrick to Burdette Streets. Over the next 12 months, we will be transforming several vacant lots surrounding the Fair Deal MarketPlace with six single family homes. These will be a mix of one- and two-story homes for sale at market rate. Amenities include 3 bedrooms/2 baths, 2-car garage, and full unfinished basements.
