The Omaha Economic Development Corporation board of directors' fiduciary responsibility is to seek to create and sustain communities that are rich with opportunity for all. The board is made up of professionals with a wide variety of business and other relevant experience. The Board meets monthly times to discuss OEDC's governance and ensure we are true to our mission and vision.
