Our mission has always been to invest in projects that restore community and the people who can help make it happen. We consciously work build inclusive organizations and communities based on equality and respect. 

Today, and in the years to come, OEDC is focused on continuing to: Develop more mid-size urban jobs for neighbors in our community, Support small business development, fostering the dreams and meeting the needs of local entrepreneurs' and real estate development through the renovation of existing buildings and new construction.
