Michael Schulz

Michael has spent nearly 40 years in the non-profit arena including affordable housing, community revitalization, business and commercial development with more than 20 of those years as CEO. Currently he serves as the President/CEO of the Omaha Economic Development Corporation, the oldest Community Development Corporation (CDC) in Omaha. Michael provided leadership in the development of the North Omaha Village Revitalization Plan that was recently adopted by the City Council and became part of the city’s overall master plan.
 
Michael is a lifelong resident of North Omaha and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Studies and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. ​
